Role & Scope of Work: Prime EPC (Civil works) & Construction Contractor
Melamine plant Scope of work- design & detailed engineering of all civil and Structural works, Complete Civil Construction works including piling, Substation and Control building, Cooling tower and a warehouse, Supply ,fabrication and Erection of all Steel structures for the plant, Erection of all equipment including heavy & critical lifts, Fabrication and Erection of all Piping , GRP Piping ,Electrical & Instrumentation Installation works, associated Painting, Insulation and Fireproofing and manpower assistance during commissioning and start-up.
Urea-1 revamp Scope of Work – Complete Civil Construction works, Erection of all Steel structures for the plant, Erection of all equipment including heavy & critical lifts, Fabrication and Erection of all Piping, GRP Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation Installation works, associated Painting Insulation and manpower assistance during commissioning & start-up. The scope was inclusive of a Shutdown work to tie in to the existing system prior to start up
