Feed endorsement; engineering, materials procurement (Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Equipment, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Blasting, painting, etc.), transport, fabrication, erection, installation of materials and construction of the expansion facilities and all ancillary equipment, testing and the commissioning of the expansion facilities and modified areas, and assurance that the shared facilities shall meet the overall operational requirements.
